Course Regulations

§ 1 Definitions

For the purpose of these Regulations, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Statera IKP Ltd – the organiser/provider of the
Course Student – a person who is at least 18 years of age.
Course – Detoxification Therapist Training Programme consisting of a Theoretical Part and Practical Workshops.
Regulations – these Regulations, available at www.stateraikp.co.uk/course-regulations/

§ 2 Introductory provisions

Through the Thinkific platform, Statera IKP Ltd provides the opportunity to enable the Student to register on the Thinkific platform and create an account, purchase and use the Course.The Regulations define the terms and conditions of participation in the Course, as well as the rights and obligations of Statera IKP Ltd and the Student.To use the Thinkific platform, it is not necessary for the Student’s computer or other device to meet special technical conditions. Sufficient are:
– A terminal device with Internet access and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox in the latest version or two backward
– An active electronic mail account (e-mail)
– Cookies enabled
Statera IKP Ltd is not responsible for any difficulties in using the service resulting from incorrect configuration of the Student’s software or hardware, or resulting from problems with the Student’s hardware or Internet connection.The Student should not purchase a Course anonymously or under a pseudonym.It is prohibited, when using any platform belonging to Statera IKP ltd, to provide content of an unlawful or offensive nature.

§ 3 The Course

  1. Purchasing a Course on the Thinkific platform is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.
  2. Payment for the Course can be made using the payment methods available on the website.
  3. After purchase of the Course, the student will receive these Terms and Conditions together with attachments no. 1 & no. 2 at the e-mail address used for registration on the Thinkific platform.
  4. A breakdown of the costs for the Course is given in appendix 1, “Price list”. 
  5. The student who takes part in the Classes is obliged to behave in a manner consistent with the law, the Regulations and good manners, and in particular:

The student undertakes to secure and take care of confidential data, such as the password to access the account on the Thinkific platform.The Student undertakes no actions that could destabilise the operation of the services of Statera IKP Ltd, or that could in any way impede the use of the Thinkific platform by other Students.The Student undertakes no attempt to gain access to resources to which he/she is not entitled. The use of automated tools that send data to or retrieve data from Statera IKP ltd servers is not permitted.

§ 4 The theoretical part of the course

The theoretical part of the course is published on the Thinkific learning platform.With the purchase of the course, the student will receive access to the theoretical part of the course on the Thinkific platform with all training material for an indefinite period of time.The student is obliged to study the theoretical material on his/her own and to confirm the acquired knowledge by passing the selection tests at the end of each chapter.The student should obtain at least 75% correct answers to pass the Theoretical part of the course.

§ 5 Practical Workshops

  1. The Practical Workshops of the Course include:
    a) Five ‘face to face’ practical workshops
    b) Seven online webinars
    c) Examination
    d) Issuing of the Detoxification Therapist Certificate

  2. The timetable for the practical workshops is detailed in Appendix 2 ‘Workshop Timetable’.In order to pass the practical course and be admitted to the final examination, each Student must have a minimum attendance of 80% at Practical Workshops and pass the Theoretical part of the Course.Failure to achieve a minimum attendance of 80% will result in failing the Course, which may be re-sit at the next edition of the Course at a cost described in the price list attached.  Students will be allowed to sit the final examination 3 times, incurring additional costs for each exam. If a Student fails to pass the examination 3 times they will be required to repeat the Practical Workshop at the cost described in the price list attached.

§ 6 Intellectual Property Rights:

  • Statera IKP instructs the student that the contents of the course (products, digital content, text material, graphic and photo material) are protected by copyright and that the copyright is reserved and vested in Statera IKP Ltd.Unauthorised distribution of such content or material may result in civil or criminal liability

§ 7 Cancellation of Contract:

  • The student who has purchased the Course has the right to withdraw from the Course without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The right to withdraw from the purchase of the Course does not apply to digital content delivered which is not recorded on a tangible medium. Therefore, the Theoretical part of the course cannot be refunded.In order to cancel a purchase, the Student must inform Statera IKP of his/her decision to cancel the Course in writing, for example by sending an email to info@stateraikp.co.ukIn the case of cancellation of the Course, Statera IKP will refund the payment for the part of the Practical Workshop to the student no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation information.The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Student in the original transaction, unless the Student expressly agreed to a different solution.

§ 8 Complaints

  • Every student has the right to lodge a complaint.All complaints must be submitted to Statera IKP at info@stateraikp.co.ukAll complaints will be dealt with by the company on an ongoing basis. A reply to the complaint will be sent to the Student at the contact given when submitting the complaint.

§ 9 Personal Data and Cookies

  • The administrator of the Student’s personal data is Statera IKP. The personal data is processed for the purpose of servicing the Student’s account.Details regarding the processing of personal data and the use of cookies can be found in the privacy policy available at Privacy Policy | Statera (stateraikp.co.uk)

§ 10 Final Provisions

  • Statera IKP reserves the right to introduce and cancel offers, promotions and price changes without prejudice to the rights acquired by the Student.
  • Statera IKP reserves the right to temporarily block access to the Thinkific platform to carry out maintenance work.
  • Statera IKP reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms and Conditions apply from 29.3.2022. 

§ 11 Amendments to the Regulations

  • All changes to the Regulations shall become effective upon their posting on the website of the Course, unless otherwise specified.
  • After the publication on the Course webpage or in other places designated for this purpose of information about changes to the Regulations, the Student must immediately familiarise himself/herself with the changes. Continued use of the Thinkific platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of the new content of the Regulations by the Student.
